The purpose of team coaching is to help intact teams become more effective.

The role of the team coach is to help the team decide where to focus its energies, and to support the team in changing the way it operates.

All teams comprise multiple personalities and relationships, and one role of the team coach is to help the team enhance its capacity to manage its interpersonal dynamics in service of becoming more effective. Read more about our approach to team coaching here and here.

The purpose of group coaching is to help participants support each other in achieving individual goals.

Group coaching is still quite a new form of coaching, and its value remains under-appreciated. The role of the group coach is to create a safe space for people to share their goals and to effectively coach each other in an environment of trust and mutual respect.

Group coaching has some advantages over individual coaching in that participants benefits from a diversity of perspective and challenge.
