Tim Rossi

Tim’s early career included being one of the founding directors of Macquarie Bank. His teams led the bank’s funding, money market trading and broking activities, and helped the Bank achieve a leadership role in pioneering innovative investment products.

Macquarie sponsored Tim to advance his management and leadership training at The Harvard Business School. After working in New York, Tim became the CEO of Australia’s first ASX listed Futures Broker. Tim led them from being a boutique adviser to become a top tier broker on the Sydney Futures Exchange.

Since 2000, Tim has focused on supporting both executive development and leadership team performance. He has worked with with leaders across most sectors of corporate and government.

Tim is married with two children (he is one of 10) and loves gliding, tennis and skiing.
