Sue Adams
Based in Singapore, Sue is an experienced coach and coaching supervisor. Before founding her development practice in 2007, Sue was first a lawyer and then a manager and leader in the Media industry. As Regional MD for Asia of Fremantlemedia (a global producer of TV shows) she led a large cross-cultural team, developing the operation from an investment in two Asian offices to a thriving business across seven Asian offices.
Sue also has board experience. She was a board member for several of the Pearson and Bertelsmann Asian subsidiaries and continues to serve on the boards and advisory boards of non-profit and for-profit enterprises in the field of learning and development.
In addition to coaching and supervision, Sue designs and facilitates learning experiences, in service of supporting the growth and development of individuals, teams and organizations.
Accredited with the International Coach Federation at PCC level, Sue is trained and certified in a variety of coaching methodologies including Results Coaching Systems and Integral Coaching. She has a post Graduate diploma in positive business psychology accredited by the National Council of Psychotherapists, UK. She is trained in a variety of developmental processes and instruments, including Pilates instruction. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, the Society for Organizational Learning, the Institute of Coaching and the International Coach Federation.
Sue is a British national and Singapore PR of British and Chinese descent and lives in Singapore with her 11-year old son. She has lived, worked and studied in 5 countries and continues to work and study across Asia and beyond. She has always practised dance in some form and also enjoys other forms of integrative practice such as yoga, pilates, meditation, music and arts.
