Katrina Darnbrough

Katrina is Sydney based and has more than 20 years experience in corporate and coaching. She has worked across financial services, franchising and health, specialising in transformational change, training and coaching. Themes throughout Katrina’s business career include process reengineering, strategic alignment and mobilising teams or individuals for success.

Katrina is an experienced leadership coach working with leaders in small business, corporate and government sectors. Common focus areas for Katrina’s clients include: gaining a more strategic perspective of their capability; focusing on what makes them operate at their best to thrive; and, enabling purposeful steps towards their important goals. Katrina challenges her clients to embrace change and connect to purpose, delivering a new narrative of making the impossible possible.

Katrina holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney. She is an accredited organisational coach through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and an associate certified coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a member of the International Coaching Federation NSW Branch leadership team whose purpose is to help the coaching industry thrive.

Katrina draws on evidence-based coaching and adopts a systemic yet practical approach to her work with individuals and organisations. Her clients appreciate her collaborative and adaptive feedback style, which gives them new insights, a strong sense of purpose and playful determination to work towards their calling.

Katrina is a mum and proud step mum to four children and in her spare time enjoys special projects ranging from house renovation projects to working with the vulnerable to support her community. In 2017 she performed in the classical Messiah at the Sydney Opera House.
