COACHES

Julie Lines

With more than two decades of experience as a senior leader, mentor and coach, Julie is committed to coaching people to achieve personal and professional growth. Having worked as part of executive groups and managed teams of varying sizes, she has a first-hand appreciation and deep understanding of the challenges faced by leaders.

Julie brings extensive experience in resolution of strategic and operational issues, and coordination of projects and initiatives, requiring multiple stakeholder engagement. Prior to training as a coach, Julie enjoyed a highly successful career in higher education. While at the University of New South Wales, she was nominated and selected to attend the inaugural Senior Management Program for high potential leaders.

Julie is an accomplished leadership coach, with nearly 1,000 hours of coaching experience – working with individuals, groups and teams. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Immediate Past-President of ICF’s South Australia Branch. Julie is a trained Team Coach and is currently completing a qualification in coaching supervision through Oxford Brookes University.

As a coach Julie is challenging and persistent, but in a supportive way. She helps her clients to clarify their thinking, find their own solutions and develop strategies they are committed to, then she inspires the determination required to make changes and become who they want to be. The measurable result from Julie’s coaching is a shift in attitude and behaviour: real transformational change.

Julie is an engaging facilitator, confidently running leadership development workshops, team development activities and strategic planning workshops. She has delivered in-house presentations for groups of up to 500 and spoken at national and international conferences.

Julie has three children: a tween, a teenager and a Cavoodle. She enjoys good wine, dabbles in art and loves travelling with her family – which includes camping and hiking holidays.
