Catherine is based in Brisbane. Her initial career was spent as a clinician and policy & quality advisor in the healthcare sector, where she led large clinical teams in complex healthcare environments. She also led project teams in corporate and government organisations. Catherine now provides advice on strategy, leadership, talent management, communication, and change to public and private organisations.
Since designing a leadership coaching program for a large financial services organisation in 2000, Catherine has coached individuals, teams and groups in industries as diverse as health and aged care, mining and law. Her most recent projects have ranged from the provision of individual executive coaching in relation to strategy and governance, to the design of organisation-wide capability development and career management frameworks in large corporate environments.
Catherine also teaches at the QUT Graduate School of Business, where she is a Unit Coordinator in the Exec Grad Certificate of Leadership through Coaching and Mentoring. Catherine has strong research interests in strategy and governance, talent management and organisational change.
