Caterina Dunne
Based in Sydney, Cat has 20 years of corporate experience working with both local and international entities. She has led teams and has been responsible for various HR functions within Australia, New Zealand and Asia within the Financial services sector. She has extensive project management experience, including Six Sigma Greenbelt and PRINCE 2 certified.
Caterina is an experienced consultant, facilitator and executive coach with a background of successfully embedding performance, culture and change solutions across multi layered entities. Over the past five years, she has worked with leaders across various functions and roles within the banking, insurance, construction and engineering sector to optimise culture, performance and leadership potential to drive successful business outcomes.
Caterina holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree from the University of Sydney, and is currently competing her Master’s in Business Coaching at the University of Wollongong. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Australian Institute of Human Resources and Australian Institute of Training and Development. Cat leverages a systemic approach, helping individuals and teams to identify and execute bespoke strategies to successfully navigate leadership transitions.
In her spare time Cat enjoys martial arts and is currently in training, with her two children, towards achieving a Black belt in Tai Kwon Do. She is a passionate cook and regularly practices her culinary art with friends and family. She competed in the SBS cooking show “The Chef’s Line” where she beat two professional hatted chefs and won two trophies!
