Aggie is Sydney based and brings many years of experience in the education, health and not for profit sectors as a highly experienced leadership and organisational development consultant, coach and group facilitator.
As an experienced and qualified coach, Aggie draws on evidence-based coaching and a suite of effective tools and techniques tailored to the client’s needs. Aggie’s clients appreciate her understanding of the complexities of leadership and her ability to synthesise and translate complex issues into a simple framework to help find practical solutions. Her clients also appreciate her ability to listen with empathy, engage in enquiry and help them gain valuable insights, clarity, and the confidence to take their next steps to fulfil their hopes, dreams and passion.
Aggie has a Masters in Coaching Psychology (M.App.Sc) from the University of Sydney. Applying an adaptive leadership and complex adaptive systems lens, Aggie partners with individuals, teams and organisations to effectively deal with change and uncertainty, clarify meaning and purpose and build flourishing lives to enhance well-being and optimise resilience, capitalise on strengths and create positive relationships.
Aggie has travelled the world as part of her life-long love of engaging with people and communities from different cultures and backgrounds enriching her appreciation of the Sufi notion, that we are sometimes the guide and sometimes the traveller!
