Like individual supervision, group supervision is a process of helping you stand back from your work to take a broader view of your practice. In a group setting participants benefit from the experience, insight and wisdom of their fellow coaches, as well as the group supervisor. It is important to gather together people with equivalent levels of experience and interest if the group is to achieve the levels of enthusiasm and trust required to make the group experience worthwhile.
