CCO was established in 2018 by Paul Lawrence, Amy Miszalski and Cat Dunne. Our purpose is to enable and support change; change at the individual level, change in teams and organisational change. We enable change through coaching. We adopt a systemic approach to our work and are thought leaders in this space. We conduct our own ongoing program of original research, which we publish in academic journals and translate into easy-to-read White Papers. We like to summarise who we are in three words/phrases:
Impact – We deliver sustainable change supporting desired business outcomes.
Insight – We undertake and publish our own original research into the effectiveness of coaching, leadership and change. Five percent of all our revenue is spent on research.
Innovation – We constantly refresh our offerings based on insights gained through original research
